our fresh mozzarella is made in house daily, then sliced and served layered with sliced ripe tomatoes over a bed of peppery arugula with fresh basil, balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil and served with our house pizza bread or add a breaded thin chicken cutlet and make it our version of a Milanese!
